ELI is an award-winning essayist with more than two decades of experience shaping stories on the page and in the world. She has an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College and has spent the last ten years in educational marketing at Christ Church Episcopal School in Greenville. CATHERINE brings more than two decades of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families through periods of challenge, change, and growth. With a background in psychology and a master's in social work, she has worked in a range of settings, helping individuals build practical skills, emotional steadiness, and confidence in their daily lives. She has spent the last seven years at Prisma Health Upstate where she provides therapy and serves on the faculty for the Prisma Health/USC Psychiatry Residency Program. Learn more.
